Partner with PPEQuest

Put your brand on the wall of the workplaces you sell to – with a magazine that protects its readers' trust.

PPEQuest is an independent, international magazine about personal protective equipment, written in English for safety professionals, buyers, trainers and the people who wear PPE every day. If your company makes or supplies safety equipment, a partnership puts your brand next to content this audience actually reads – and uses.

Sponsored campaign kits

PPEQuest's free campaign kits give safety managers everything they need to run a one-week PPE campaign: posters, a five-minute toolbox talk, a supervisor guide and reminder cards. They are downloaded, printed and put up in real workplaces – a poster stays on the wall for weeks, and the talk is held in front of the whole team.

Each new campaign can be presented by one partner:

Campaign 04 · Hand protection presented by your brand

What you get

  • "Presented by" with your logo in the poster footer and on every PDF in the kit
  • Your logo, one line about your company and a link on the campaign page, the campaigns overview and the download page every requester receives
  • A mention when the campaign launches in the PPEQuest newsletter and on LinkedIn
  • One partner per campaign, exclusive in your product category
  • The number of kit requests after three and twelve months

What stays independent

  • PPEQuest writes the campaign. The safety message stays product-neutral – no product placement, no brand names in the advice.
  • You can check facts about your own products; you don't approve the content.
  • Readers' contact details are never shared. You receive aggregate numbers only.

Partner guidelines

Readers trust PPEQuest because it tells them what works – and what doesn't. These rules protect that trust, and with it the value of your partnership:

  1. Partners never buy editorial coverage, reviews, rankings or recommendations.
  2. Paid content is always labelled "Sponsored", on the article and on every card that links to it, and the sponsor is named. Sponsored campaigns carry "Presented by" wherever they appear.
  3. PPEQuest decides what is published. Partners can check facts about their own products; they don't approve editorial articles or campaigns.
  4. Claims about protection must be verifiable – for example by the applicable EN, ISO or ANSI standard and test results.
  5. Readers' contact details are never sold or shared with partners.
  6. PPEQuest may decline partners whose products or claims don't meet these standards.
